Borrowed Worker Program

This program is designed for our members that may have a sudden need for manpower, must layoff or would like to loan people to another qualified AWCI-AZ Contractor Member.

Contractor Members in good standing must attend training that will allow them to participate in our Borrowed Worker Program. This training and program documents addresses duty assignment, and many other issues between borrowing and lending contractors. If you are interested, contact our office today to sign up for this training.

Once qualified, Contractor Members that are in need of lending or borrowing manpower, let our office know immediately and we will send a universal email to all qualified members to either provide or accept employees.
