We understand that this year is a little different than years past.  AWCI-AZ is committed to putting on a safe, enjoyable, and fun event for our industry this year. 

Here are the guidelines we have in place for your safety and comfort:

  • Cart Riding Options – golfer’s choice
    • Default to two riders per cart; however, golfer may choose a single rider per cart during online registration (additional fees may be incurred)
  • Contact-less Check-In
    • Self-Check-In will be offered via QR Codes on each golf cart
  • Breakfast will be offered in carts before the shotgun start
  • Raffle and Silent Auction will be offered online with delivery of items won by participant mailed via USPS or arrangements for pick up with AWCI-AZ the week after the event
  • Award / Prize Announcements will be held via Facebook Live and sent to registrants within 2 hours of tournament completion - prizes will be mailed to winners via USPS or arrangements for pick up with AWCI-AZ the week after the event
    • First / Second / Third foursome
    • Closest to the Pin – m/w
    • Longest Drive – m/w
  • Any course games or events will require sanitation protocols to be met
    • Hand sanitizer / bleach wipes will be required for all hole sponsors presenting on the course
  • After the event:
    • Clubhouse will be open to golfers within the guidelines and limitations set forth by state government but will not be an AWCI-AZ sponsored event
